Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

From the time of your purchase, please allow 24 hours for your order to be dispatched. It should then be delivered to you within the next 3 - 5 business working days. Delivery will be made by Royal Mail Tracked within the UK. We do not currently ship worldwide, but this is something we are working towards!

UK standard postage and packaging is completely free - however if you have specified another means of delivery, the appropriate delivery times and shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Any orders placed on Friday evening/Saturday/Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.

Returns Policy

Once you have received your Car Finesse Fragrance product, if you are satisfied with your purchase (which we're sure you will be), then please be sure to leave us a positive review!!

Customer satisfaction is of extreme importance to our team at Car Finesse Fragrance. So in the unfortunate event that you are not 100% satisfied, and it's within 30 days of receiving your product, please contact us at info@carfinessefragrance.co.uk.

Faulty/Damaged or Incorrect item(s)

On returning your faulty/damaged/incorrect product(s) we recommend including a brief note with your name/address/reason for return, inside the parcel - failure to do so will result in a delayed refund. Please ensure the return is tracked for your own protection. Returns will only be accepted if the item and its packaging are in the same condition as sent. The item must not have been used. Multiple images are taken of each product at the time of distribution to ensure that comparisons are accurately made once the return has been received by us. Postage charges are only refunded when the goods are confirmed as faulty/damaged, or the wrong item has been shipped by us.  We do not offer returns on SALE products.  This does not affect your statutory rights. Once we have received your parcel, please allow 7 - 10 business working days for it to be checked and processed.

Unwanted Item(s)

On returning your unwanted product(s) we recommend including a brief note with your name/address/reason for return, inside the parcel - failure to do so will result in a delayed refund. Please ensure the return is tracked for your own protection. Returns will only be accepted if the item and its packaging are in the same condition as sent. The item must not have been used. Multiple images are taken of each product at the time of distribution to ensure that comparisons are accurately made once the return has been received by us. We do not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to return your unwanted product for a refund, and then place a new order. Original postage costs will be deducted from your refund amount. Buyer is responsible for postage costs returning unwanted item(s). We do not offer returns on SALE products.  This does not affect your statutory rights. Once we have received your parcel, please allow 7 - 10 business working days for it to be checked and processed.
